  We have been servicing our BMW for several years at Mr. M Car and with Don. The services has always been excellent, reliable and accurate and Don and his partner always extremely knowledgeable and up to date on BMWs. Now with our most recent experience, Don even exceeded our high expectations, which has rarely happened to us (even when the car was previously serviced at the BMW dealership). This wonderful experience was based on Don effectively and quickly replacing our car's battery at no charge, although we had the defective battery installed last year. Usually our past experience with these warranty issues consisted of a small $ credit (at best) based on a high prorated deduction of the original battery cost, plus additional cost for labor, etc. Not at Mr. M Car - they simply addressed the problem, replaced the battery at 'no cost' with no questions or issues.
  
  I would not hesitate to recommend Mr. M Car to any BMW car owner. Greg
